Dr. Hutson and her staff are very warm, friendly and everyone cares so much about your pets. They have always given our animals good care, treated us with respect and been efficient. We have been coming to the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach since April of 2002 with our Bernese Mt Dog. When our dog had a very dangerous infection, Dr. Hutson was there to guide us on what to do so our dog wouldn't have kidney damage due to the infection. Our dog is now seven years old and very healthy, thank you Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach.

I highly recommend the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach. They have a friendly, knowledgable staff, convenient hours, and a warm atmosphere. Their "house cat" (Special) lends to that warmth. But what I like most of all is that they always follow-up with post-visit phone calls to ensure that everything is OK.

I wanted to thank Dr. Hutson and her most excellent staff for taking such great care of my puupy Tylo. We've been taking him there since he was 8 weeks old and now he is 4 mos old and they were so caring and attentive to our needs and made us well taken care of. I highly recommend ahorb and feel so thankful I found them!! Tylo and my family love you all!!

We have been taking our cat Chelsea Anne to Dr. Hutson since day one. And thirteen years later, we wouldn't trust anyone else to care for Chelsea. Dr. Hutson is extremely knowledgeable and her staff is highly trained. We've been to other vets in the past, but never met a doctor more dedicated to her furry patients and her profession than Dr. Hutson. She and her staff will pamper your pet! Dr. Hutson and the staff at Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach are just simply the best!

Dr. Hutson has been my 3 dog's Vet (Black Labs) for 10+ years. I consider her one of the best if not the best Vet in the South Bay area. Her office staff is outstanding. I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach if you are looking for a good Vet. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Hutson and her staff are, by far, the most competent, compassionate and professional animal medical specialists in this or any area. South Bay pet owners are lucky to have access to these loving and talented people. Dr. Hutson brings her vast experience and stellar reputation, as well as state-of-the art medical treatments, to each patient. She and her staff treat patients and their owners with compassion in an unhurried atmosphere. It is very clear that the health of each critter is foremost to Dr. Hutson and her staff. She is also extremely careful to explain treatment and conditions so that pet owners can comprehend the big picture. Dr. Hutson and the staff at Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach are amazing. I have taken my dog there for four years and I cannot praise them enough! Excellent and thorough - all fees are discussed in advance of any treatment. They happily accept VPI pet insurance, too!

The staff at Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach are friendly, courteous, professional and above all, competent. Prior to settling in Redondo Beach I took my pets to different veterinarians but I've never felt as comfortable as I do with Dr. Hutson and her staff. For the last ten years they have been able to diagnose and cure any problem my animals have had. They cannot bestow immortality but I had a fifteen year old outdoor cat and a nearly seventeen year old Golden Retriever who lived longer, healthier, and happier than they would have if not for AHRB. The one cat I have left, who has been with me for over eighteen years, was diagnosed with vaccine associate sarcoma in 2001. Dr. Hutson recommended a specialist to perform surgery and provided postoperative care. It's now 2008 and there is no sign of this often fatal cancer returning. I don't think my cat would still be here if not for Dr. Hutson.

Dr Chris Hutson and the staff at AH/RB have been my vet service for over 12 years. Dr Hutson and the staff at AH/RB are friendly and caring, striking just the right balance between personal attention and professional efficiency. My two cats were given excellent care through the years, covering routine checkups to urinary block to diabetes and kidney failure. Before treatment, options were always explained so I could decide what I thought best for the cats as well as the budget. Even though we lost our precious ones recently, I still think of Dr. Hutson, Dr. Tenant, and all the staff at AH/RB as my pet caregivers. When Im ready to adopt again, Ill definitely be back to AH/RB.

Dr. Hutson has given the best care to my two aged cats through kidney problems and a stroke. She has investigated their maladies thoroughly to ensure they are getting the right care. She and her staff have taught me how to better care for my kitties and administer the treatments that they really didn't want, but needed. Her nursing staff is superior and the adminstrators efficient and friendly. It's a joy for me to visit my vet, even if my kitties hate it!

My husband and I have been taking our dogs to Dr. Hutson for years. Like most pet owners, our dogs are like children to us. We trust her completely with their care. She is intuitive, warm, and completely in touch with the needs of our animals. If you want the best care for your pets, I would recommend her without reservation.

We began taking our dog to Dr. Hutson in 1995 and even though we moved from the South Bay to the Long Beach area four years ago, we happily make the drive to see Dr. Hutson. We now have three dogs and have fostered a number of rescues over the years. Dr. Hutson is incredibly knowledgeable and great at anticipating possible health concerns. She is kind and personable and will take the time to answer questions about findings, concerns, products, and procedures. I very much appreciate that she provides us a written estimate for approval, prior to a procedure.

Dr. Hutson's love of animals shows in all she does. Her staff is just as wonderful, as well as soothing and patient with a distraught guardian who's little one is in distress (I've been in that situation more than once.) Love and kudos to Dr. Hutson and her staff.

Dr. Hutson is an amazing veterinarian. After bringing our mini-dachshund to two other area veterinarians to no avail, we luckily were referred to Dr. Hutson at the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach, and she diagnosed our lil' guy with one ailment in the first visit and the remainder of his problems in the following two visits thereafter. We were honestly to the point of almost giving up, but she saved us all and now our boy is as good as gold. The Animal Hospital is wonderful. Our pet feels at home there and we are always welcomed with a hello!, how are you guys?, and a smile. We would never think of going anywhere else; Dr. Hutson allowed our lil' guy to flourish and finally enjoy his life.

Dr Hutson and her excellent staff has been providing our long line of cats and dogs the best vet care for nearly 13 years. In that time we have had some very difficult problems (as well as many easier ones) to deal with and Dr Hutson has never failed to find the solution needed and to communicate that with the greatest of feelings for ourselves and our companions. We have occasionally needed referrals and recommendations for home care, and they too were provided with lots of background information and, of course, caring. We and our pets have grown to know and love Dr Hutson and her staff. Some of our pets even like going to see the "Vet" and they all seem to recognize they will receive the best of care.

I have been a client of the Animal Hospital of Redondo beach for 14 yrs. Dr. Hutson has taken excellent care of both my dog and cat. Her hospital is clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Best of all, my dog loves her! My dog has had a few urgent issues this past year. Dr Hutson and her staff have been wonderful! She's caring and her knowledge base is incredible. What can I say. Every experience that we have at AHRB has been a pleasure. Dr. Hutson has be the vet for our 2 cats (R.I.P) and at least 4 of our dogs. We are always able to get an appointment on short notice. The "state of the art" reminders are very effective. Recently we had an occasion to have our somewhat aggressive male dog shaved down. Mando did a much better job than we ever expected, and our dog looks great now. The various surgeries that our animals have needed have always turned out beautiful and successful. We have recommended AHRB to many of our friends. Most importantly, the entire staff is friendly and efficient, and we are treated more like family members than customers. We love the Animal Hostipal of Redond Beach.

We discovered the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach after our Lhasa Apso Beau came to us 12 years ago. What a lucky day that was for us! At the time we also had two cats and our ShiTszu Eleanor came to us 7 years ago. Dr. Hutson & staff have taken care of all our 4-legged family members all these years and we would never go elsewhere. We feel like family there and Chris Hutson is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate vets we have known in our 44 years in the South Bay. If you want personalized service and expert knowledge, this is the place to go for your pets' health.

15 years ago we were looking for a vet for our two Border Collie mixed puppies. We took them to the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach with no previous knowledge of their experience. Dr. Christine Hudson was instrumental in our education of Border Collies and their needs. Last year when we acquired two new Border Collie puppies we knew Dr. Hudson would help us again! She has been there for us and our dogs in almost every situation imaginable from basic shots and annual visits to emergency medical services. We are very grateful to her attention and loving manner.

Twenty five years ago a friend recommended we take our young West Highland White Terrier to Dr Hutson and the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach. It was the best recommendation we've had. Dr. Christina Hutson is one of the rare vets who possesses a very caring and nurturing personality while being very insightful in her diagonsis and treatments, always knowing what's best for our dogs. We've taken all our dogs (7) to her and really appreciate her loving care and responsiveness. Her follow up calls, sometimes after 10 pm at night...does she ever sleep?? We love the staff who also are friendly and attentive to our dogs and treat like their own. If you have pets and live within 2 hours of Redondo Beach, trust us, it's worth the drive to take your pets to Dr Hutson and her staff at the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach.

As the owner of six cats I've been to plenty of veterinary clinics but Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach truly stands out from the rest. Dr. Hutson is great! She's kind, caring, and very thorough. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hospital is very clean and odor free. They always give me an estimate before any treatment is done. I highly recommend them.

We chose Dr. Hutson because of her education and the cleanliness of her facility. We toured the hospital and found it spotless and without odor. She saved our Amber - other vets told us she was fine. She had a discharge and Dr. Hutson found a rare parasite was the problem. She operated and fixed the problem. Amber was only 3 months old. We would have lost her. She is now 14 years old - healthy, happy and provides us with much love. We can only be thankful we found Dr. Hutson.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr Hutson for over 15 years. She is the best vet in the area at diagnosing and treating problems promptly. Her staff is friendly and all who work there have a great bedside manner. I have recommended Dr Hutson to my friends who have new puppies or kittens and they all seem to be very happy. As an added bonus her office sends my dog a birthday card every year!

You can't go wrong with Dr. H.

I moved to the South Bay eight years ago with my faithful feline companions and was in need of a top notch veterinarian. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach. One dog and two kittens later, their professional service and their kind and caring staff have made them an essential part of the health care management of all of my pets.

Dr. Hutson and her team have been there to help me through many crises and have always been comforting, supportive and of course knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We are long time clients. They take care of cats and dogs. Dr. Hutson is very quick at recognizing what is wrong with your animals. This place also boards our cat when we go away. We have been going here for almost 13 years. The staff is very friendly too.

We just returned to the So Cal area and were in need of a Vet for our two Great Pyrenees dogs. I saw the reviews on this hospital and decided to try them. They took me today which was fantastic and Dr. Hutsun was very attentive, personable and professional as well as the staff. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. She saw both my dogs and spent a lot of time with them. My one dog needed xrays on her leg and they did them right there and she read them to me about 15 minutes later. She is like Mother Teresa. You'll be very happy with this Vet and staff. I plan on bringing all my animals to her. Prices were competitive with other Vets. Nothing outrageous. They genuinely seem to care.

Our 2 year old cat had an adverse reaction to his recent vaccinations. He wouldn't eat and was lethargic. I was able to get a walk in appt. for him within an hour and the Dr. was quick to administer the right medications. I was relieved and thankful for the quick/competent service.

PROS: Good staff and walk in appts.
CONS: A bit expensive

The vet and staff are super friendly and are up to date with technology. They were able to determine exactly why my dog couldn't keep his food down and gave him medicine that had him better within a week! They are very gentle with your pet and go above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
