I have had my car detailed at Camarillo Car Wash twice due to reasonable price. The first time, I stood for over an hour after the promised time waiting. The manager, Roger, stated it was b/c it was "so dirty". The second time (a year later), they were 80 minutes late returning the car. Again, he blamed it on dirty carpets (not true) and took four hours to return the car. I complained b/c I had to have the car to pick up my child from school. The manager was abusive and blaming. They also lost the passenger mat ($40 to replace). When I noticed the mat missing the next day, I called. Roger accused me of not having the mat there in the first place and was immediately hostile. He started in before he even knew what car I was talking about (i.e., "You have the Odyssey, right?" - actually no). My husband tried in person to speak reasonably the next day. Roger still rude and hostile. I even called a couple of days later just in case in turned up and hoping for bygones. He still wouldn't check, and I had to hang up b/c he was so abusive and rude. I'm thinking he actually took it to be passive aggressive! Beware of hostile, dishonest manager.

Pros: good car detail

Cons: lost mat, late service, abusive manager
