Yext.comBrought my dog here for xrays and they were quick and efficient. Cost was about average. Female doctor, very nice. Staff was attentive and tried to make my older dog comfortable.

This place seems to know what they are doing with dogs, but NOT cats. I took my cat in for a teeth cleaning and he almost died!! they told me that they would check him out completely before putting him under, which they did not. We later learned that he had a slow leak in his lung and the meds were leaking through his body. After I insisted on taking him home (rather than leaving him there UNATTENDED over night like they wanted) they tried to show me how to pop his anal gland and drain it myself. Great and all, but he almost died an hour earlier and now you want to poke at his butt!! not the time!! They had to pay a good deal of money to get out of my year contract and to never go back again!

Have belonged to the Banfield Wellness Group for over 13 years, and every month i have $60 pulled from my account for my 2 dogs.
While their prices for suppled (heartgard) was over twice what I could by on the internet, Dr. Morrison was nice enough to match the price.
Then Banfield changed to their own called "WORM SHIELD" so they no longer would match prices and it was about 2.5 times more than Heart Guard onthe internet. I asked if they would write a prescription so I could continue Heart Guard, as I couldn't afford the cost of their new product.
They said sure, but at a cost of $32.00 every 6 months as a "processing fee" Who are they kidding, that's just gouging, and obviously don't care about the animal. I can understand charging a fee to someone who just comes in off the street and has 1 visit, but after 13 years???
At that point, I have decided that when the plan expires in February, I'm finding a new vet. Someone who cares about the dogs and cares about the customer.
Up until then things were fine, but of course, I've never asked for anything from them before.
