I was unfortunate to get rear ended recently. My car needed some work done to the bumper and to the trunk / back gate. The whole process was painless and convenient. Gava's worked with the insurance directly and was hassle-free for me. The job was flawless and was done in a very timely manner. From past experiences with other shops, getting my car fixed had been a big headache. The experience with Gava's was entirely different. They took care of everything for me and I got my car back in no-time. They also arranged a rental while my car was being fixed. The staff at Gava's were always helpful and polite. Simply, it's was a wonderful experience.

Took my car in for repair due to parking lot mishap (not my fault) it took them a week for minor repair. When I pick it up for the first time, I notice parts are not align properly. Second time to pick it up, I notice the paint on some angle has ripple look.

They offer to make it right but for someone that is in business since 1985 they shouldn't be making rookie mistakes before asking customer to pickup the car. Why do I need to point out the obvious flaws of their repair?

They offer to fix other dings for free that are not related to the original repair but all I really want is professional work for what I brought in. That is the reason I went with them instead of someone else since they have such a good rating online. I have high hopes that I finally found a good body shop but after this I am really disappointed.

Maybe they are relying too much on ratings/reviews that they are starting to neglect QC.

The new management (as of 3/06), is as concientious, reliable, courteous and professional as the previous owner. The work is of the same high quality. Alternatives are quoted when possible - they abide by strict insurance standards but will work with you on options if the work is outside of insurance coverage.

They use software to come up with their estimates which makes for feeling more confident that the same rules are being applied to everyone.

The only change from the previous owner is a follow up survey for Continuous Improvement Process. (Perhaps this was more of a 'feel good' practice but it made for good PR.)

This auto body shop is of the highest quality work. They take pride in the work they provide to thier customers. The work at this auto body shop is completed in a timely manner and there is never an excuse or argument if it is not completed with the perfect materials. The price is average, but the qulity of work is what is paid for.
