Brad Shoemaker is the best! He's assisted us with refinancing on our home twice! He makes the whole process painstakingly easy because he does all of the work. All I have to do is show up at the escrow office and sign all of the paperwork. Brad is very knowledgeable about all of the different types of mortgages available and he'll make sure to put you in the right type of mortgage for your needs.
