What would usually be an uncomfortable and painful process is actually a very pleasant experience, all thanks to Marilyn's personality. She is positive, caring, and professional. I went in with a lot of anxiety and embarrassment about my unwanted hair, but she put me at ease. I am more comfortable with her than in the hoity-toityiest of salons. I can recommend this business without reservation!
