BEWARE and heed my warning and avoid this place like the plague. They are crooks and had me initial on their contract that I wanted some kind of bullcrap insurance to the tune of $270.00!!! I am currently in dispute with them about this. The manager is a lying moron kid who never calls back. He is a liar and so is everyone else who works there! Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see a pattern!! Please avoid this place!!

NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AT ANY CAR RENTAL IN 20 YEARS!
I urge you to avoid this Enterprise if you are interested in customer service and integrity. I was hassled from start to finish. First, I was mislead into purchasing extra rental insurance despite the fact that we have rental car insurance coverage within our regular car insurance policy. It took faxed copies from my state Farm agent, a return trip to Enterprise, an additional car inspection, and total of 2.5 hours of stress to remove the extra daily coverage. When I asked to speak to Andy upon my return trip, I was told he was there, but after waiting for him another person told me that he would take care of everything rather than my being able to speak to Andy. When I returned the car and expressed my overall dissatisfaction with the entire experience (poor brakes, 'check oil' light on constantly, poor interaction with the employees) asking once again to speak with Andy the manager, Andy remained seated across the room at his desk. The salesman who hassled me into purchasing insurance stood and argued with me, and Andy only arose to walk across the mere 15 feet to face me directly with an apology after 15 more minutes of hassle. Andy's parting words to me that morning, ""I will see what I can do to rectify this situation. I promise to give you a call by the end of today."" That was two days ago, and I have yet to receive the promised call, not that I ever truly expected it given this manager/salesman's lack of integrity or customer service. I, for one, will never be back.
By the way, I didn't mention that when I called for the 'free' ride to and from the car rental I was told they'd be too busy to give me a ride in the morning. Ugh.

I have rented cars from Enterprise a few times. Each time, they are friendly, courteous and I love that they will pick me up to get me to their office. The cars are clean and well-maintained. The office can get a bit crowded, so be prepared to wait a bit for service, but it isn't always a waiting game. I would recommend this office, over others I have tried.

I have rented cars from time to time both for business and pleasure. However, on this occassion, being my first time renting from enterprise in Fullerton, I needed a car since my car was being repaired. I took advantage of their weekend deal and booked the car online, providing all my information for quick and easy pickup. Unfortunately, as I stood in the ong line for rentals - as they appeared to be short staffed, I had to provide all of my information over again, including filling out a paper where I had to provide my work address, my bosses phone number, and two references with phone numbers as well. This was quite frustration since I was in a hurry. They also had to call one of my references to make sure my address information was accurate. Even though I used a credit card and presented my drivers license to them. There is also no Sunday drop off, so I couldn't leave it at the lot and turn in my keys, since they lock that area. Therefore, I had to return it monaday Morning at 8am - thereby making me late to work. Not recommended as a place to rent from unless you have the time and patience to be hassled.
