Sushi Raw has become my favorite Sushi joint in the valley! The servers and chefs are both friendly and professional, the food is great, and the sushi is FRESH! Try the Hush Roll, it's to die for!!!

I am so glad that Sushi Raw opened in the Northridge/Granada Hills area a few years ago. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to the other sushi restaurants in the North San Fernando Valley. The restaurant is very clean. The service is outstanding. The prices are fair. The presentation of the food is like nowhere else I've ever eaten. Their sushi is excellent, very fresh and excellent quality. The food comes on beautiful plates, often garnished with tempura, banana leaves and other various garnishes, presented as if prepared by a chef on TV, beautiful. The portions for the specialty rolls are surprisingly large. 2 people will be full off of 3 specialty rolls, if they order 4 they probably wont be able to finish. Sushi Raw is a dinning experience. It really stands out, especially in the north San Fernando Valley, no one else even comes close, forget about it.
