International Driving & Traffic School

This is the cheapest place in town. When you go you'll see why. It is hard to find because is is hidden behind another building. The parking lot is tiny. There is only 1 bathroom. The grafitti on the chairs and clipboards did make me nervous though.

PROS: coupons in the phone book
CONS: dirty
