Haircutters

Thank God for Haircutter and Brian. Great prices in this economy with GREAT professional haircuts. I used to go to Jonathan Martin Salon and paid $60.00. Now I pay $ 20.00 and get a better cut WITH SCISSORS! OMG! He even colors my neighbor's hair... She loves it!

I met a woman at Albertson's market who swore by her colorist, Brian, at the Haircutter's on Alton in Irvine. Her hair was great, not just one color but shaded for more interest. I decided to try him. He is a talented colorist. Not sure about his cuts since I haven't tried that yet. He's fast, professional and understands what you want and does it! Thanks, Brian.

I get my hair cut by Onesima, the manager, but I've also had it cut by Behi, and Kevin. They all do great work, but Onesima gets it just right for me. Plus, her upbeat personality and natural sense of humor resonate with mine. I always have a great time there. I heartily recommend them!

I went today, looking for a mid-level salon. I had a simple request: trim an inch off and preserve my current, layered, cut. The hair stylist completely butchered my hair. I still have layers, but each one is uneven on the right versus the left. It is truly horrifying.

Once when Great Clips was too crowded, I took my two year old son to The Haircutters. We were taking family pictures later that day and I was desperate. I let the guy know what I wanted and that my son was afraid of the hairdryer. "No problem," he said, and got to work. He did such a great job-- quick, talented, personable-- that although it's more expensive, we'll be going there from now on. In fact, my husband has now switched as well!

Yea i too go there for the getting of my crop chopped. I used to let this azn girl who i loved cut my hair, i think her name was salina or somethin. but she doesnt work there any more so i havent gone and i just cut my own hair now -sorta (buzzished) sall g tho cause i keep it gangsta tho feel me? GO HAIRCUTTERS ! :D

I love Brian. He's got the gift and I'm sure could be working at some high end hoity toity salon if he really wanted to. Maybe there's just too much drama there!

Brian does my kids hair (including my son who's VERY hair consicous, going for that whole long surfer boy hair) Brian manages to clean it up and make it look good (so mom's happy) and keep the style (so son is happy).

Made my hubby look like a model trimming his super thick hair into a different style.

Then... I started letting Brian cut my hair. I was completely at ease.
I just do a hair cut and no style... save my money.

Have used Great Clips too, and they do a good job... but I like Brian. I trust him!

The Haircutters provide a good haircut at a good price. This salon provides haircuts one-notch below a quality haircut salon. It is definitely better than a Supercuts or Fantasitc Sams (where after you may need a super/fantastic hat to cover it up), or any other type of solon along those lines.

Ask for Marie, you won't be disappointed.

The Haircutters is a good basic barbershop/hair salon, but nothing exceptional. The stylists are nice and give boringly nice haircuts. Because it's very close to us, my husband went here a few times to get his hair cut until I asked him how much it cost. For the same haircut and half the price, my husband could have gone to Great Clips or Fantastic Sams.
