Great work at a fair price!

My family (Mother, Father, sister, wife and myself) have been going to Bavarian Auto House since 1990 and couldn't be happier. My sister used to have a VW "Super" Beetle, and because she got such great service and honest advice on keeping the car in top shape (without breaking the bank), we all started to take all of our cars to Joe, Dave and Ernesto, and never use the dealer for service unless it's for a free recall repair. These guys are the best! Highest recommendation: a service garage you can trust.
PROS: Factory trained, super service, fair prices.

An Honest Auto Professional! Yes!!!
by myra j.
this place is fantastic! I was looking for a place close to my new job in Anaheim and saw the great reviews of Bavarian. I have a Porsche Boxster. They are gracious, informative and honest.
I recommend that anyone with a German auto, find your way to Bavarian. I will be taking my car there for as long as I'm in the O.C.!

Honest People and Great Service
by ehsjr2002
The indicator light on my dash for "service engine soon" was on and when I brought my car to the dealership where I bought my BMW I was informed by the "car care specialist" AKA "I'm going charge you as much as I can specialist" that my warranty had expired in March and it was already August. The dealer was going to charge me $234 just to plug my car into their computer to diagnose the problem (labor cost included)which is outrageous that doesn't include the cost of repairing the problem which I was estimating would cost about $1000-$1200. So I went online and found "Bavarian Auto House" and read the reviews. They were all positive which I was skeptical at first so I called and spoke to Joe and told him about my car and he said he could plug my car into the same computer the dealer uses and it would only cost only $58, so I brought my car in and he called me at work a couple of hours later and told me what the problems were and quoted the price of the parts and labor and I only paid a fraction of what it would have cost me at the dealer. Joe even gave me the damaged parts that were replaced which is not something all mechanics do. It is family owned business, clean and organized. I have already recommended this place to some of my co-workers.
Pros: Gives honest and up front of problems and costs
Cons: none

Now have 4 BMW's because of Joe; owner-operated business who cares about his clients.
by klpaul
Joe and his staff have been working on our family's BMW's for years now. He has consistently given us honest and accurate information, finishes when he promises to (when it's in his control), and knows exactly what has been done and why. My dealings with larger organizations are now frustrating, because the "service adviser" rarely knows much detail about my car's situation, and they can conveniently hide behind the big company structure. Joe will tell it like it is, and if he doesn't work on something himself he often has a referral to someone else who does.
As my wife's Volvo ages, we're planning on replacing it with a BMW because we know we can count on Joe for long-term maintenance.
Highly recommended!
Ken

Honest Service, Great prices!!!

I went in to get the radio fixed in my dad's 89 Mercedes and he was able to give me a referral on where I should go to take care of it. He earned my trust by telling me that and I have been going back ever since on all the minor and major repairs needed for the car. This is a super friendly family business that has the European Auto Repair shop running the old fashioned way, with Great Customer Service!!!
Pros: Wonderful Customer Service, Very fair to inexpensive cost
Cons: Not any to mention

Honest German Car repair
by peter530
I was looking to change out my thrust arms on a BMW E39 since the car was shaking @ 50 MPH. I received quotes from several shops but decided to look @ Joes Bavarian shop because of his price and specialty in German cars. He was proffesional, honest and kept to his word on the completion time. Very good price on the repair job and good quality work. I was very satisfied. The shop was accommodating to my schedule and provided shuttle service both ways. Overall this shop is honest, fair and above all super customer service.
Pros: Customer Service, Prices, Proffesional
