Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I have frequented this coffee spot on numerous occasions over the past year and a half. I find myself wondering if things will be better this time as I love Coffee Bean's coffees more than the other coffee chains. Unfortunately, I am always disappointed by the service. The most recent visit found me waiting nearly ten minutes for an au lait while other blended drinks were made before mine. I had to remind the staff twice about my au lait. Other visits have involved the wrong drink being made, the wrong milk being used, etc. Best to just avoid this place especially if you are in a hurry.

This could be a better Coffee Bean. Service is nice and friendly but can someone clean the bathroom. Its consistently dirty. Also there is not enough tables inside the place. I like the fact that it is a drive thru but the wait is always so long defeating the whole point of having one.
