Be ready to be disappointed! Scheduled a Keratin treatment with Shawna Powell @ Bella A'More and what a disaster that was. Either she does not know what she is doing or she is a scam artist. How do you screw up a Brazilian blowout? Well she managed to do it, after 4 days, the frizz was completely back, as if nothing had been done. My regular hair stylist thinks she probably did not use the Coppola Keratin product she advertises. Who knows what fake concoction she used on my hair....... Shawna refused to do it over again or issue refund. I totally got SCAMMED. Do not let this happen to you ! pay a little more and go to a REAL "professional".

Maureen is the best massage therapist! There are other MTs that don't know what they're doing, then there's Maureen! Go see her!

A great experience and service! I have always had a hard time finding a good person to cut my hair. I tried Bella A"more on a whim one day since I live close by. Boy, what a difference! Shawna was my stylist and she is great! I work a lot, so I go every 2 weeks after work...the hair washing is like a scalp massage that helps unwind my day! She pays attention to me and cuts me great every time, and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes after arriving. Good, Quick, and Clean Service! Definitely recommended!

I read the review about the rude fat receptionist and I too have had difficulties with their front desk! I am so tired of waiting and waiting when I go there. Furthermore, they have absolutely NO customer service skills! I used to go to Augora and what a difference from Simi Valley! Anyway, I read the review and I also decided to try Posh Salon and WOW!!! What a HUGE difference. Their customer service is excellent! My hair was the best color, cut & blow dry I have EVER had in a Simi Valley Salon and it was much nicer than going to that bad part of town anyhow! It is so run down and homeless people frequent the parking lot. Scary!

I went a few weeks ago to this salon after one of my friends gave me grief over constantly going to the so-called "asian" manicurists for years. The salon itself is beautiful and looks to be well maintained and state of the art. However, I was not impressed with my manicure. I still had rough cuticles, no massaging of the hands/lower arms, and I ended up taking my polish off that he manicurist put on once I got home. I think I could have had a better manicure done at the cosmetology school by a student. I'll stick to what I was doing before, because for $20 here, I could have received a pedicure as well for only a couple dollars more at some of the places I typically go to.

I've been a long time customer of Bella A'More and find the customer service lacking. Wait times to see a stylist are long. I call in advance of my appointment to check availability of the stylist but still wait more than 20 minutes.
Obviously, they don't need my busines any more. There are many salons in the area and they don't provide any service which differentiates them from their competition.

I went for a facial and hot rock massage and can tell you I felt so pampered. Best of all, through my facial I was introduced to a great skin treatment. The girls are very educated in skin care. Not to mention I loved the steam and heat room. I recommend this to all the ladies out there, ok, gents too, but don't get in my way..... I love their service. You will be happy you went. Lets get relaxed girls.

I cannot talk highly enough about this place! I have been going here for my facials, massages and hair color now for almost 3 years - their service is excellent - you can always get an appointment and pretty much the same day - number of times I've called up for an emergency massage - deep tension, neck and back after a hard day at work and managed to get in that evening on my drive home! Two of my good friends were staff I met here! Ask for Tina if you need a massage!! Carolyn used to be my girl for facials but she is out on Maternity leave right now! Great place, great service - you will love this day spa

My favorite part about Belle A'More is the massage portion they have. You can decide if you want to do a single or a couples massage. To top it off you can pick from over 10 types of massages. I will be coming back.

Bella A'more in Simi Valley is the only place I will go to get my hair done. Jen Beard is one of the best among many other great salon artists. I've been going to her for YEARS and I have never been unhappy with any of her styles! I always get a full weave, or sometimes a partial. And she always gets my cut exactly how I want it! She takes her time with her clients, and is so fun to be around. She doesn't rush you through just to get someone else in your spot for more money. She makes sure that you get what you want! Both my mom and I love her and wont ever go anywhere else!

The the receptionist Lisa Lefton is so rude, she was on the phone fighting with what appeared to be her husband when she should have been helping customers. When she finally did hang up she was so rude I was shocked. Also why would they have an ugly over weight girl working as a receptionist in a beauty salon, I mean she was scary. She is a poor representation of the industry and a turn off. Anyway I walked out and will never go back. I went to Posh and they were very professional, they saved the day

Wen to the Salon to have hair colored by Anna. She's really good at this her technique is wonderful. Faciala are also wonderful. Ask for Loni who's only there on Thursday's but definitely worth the wait.
