Avoid at all costs!!!
by Ted J.
These guys built me a computer that was DOA when I took it home. It would not even load windows...corrupt file. They told me to repair windows, then one of the discs was missing. I wanted a refund and was charged a 20% restocking fee, like the receipt said. When you buy a new computer, it should work. It was their error. I paid the $250 restocking fee and took the rest of my money and ran. I will never go back to that place. Very shady and unprofessional. Avoid it like the plague.

Terrible service
by Anonymous
I went for the first time 2 weeks ago and that will be me last. They no longer carry the item i went for. Then tried to sell me a different one that they said was $1 more and then said no it's 3 times more. When I suggested they update their website to delete times they no longer carry the guy just laughed. And here it is 2 weeks later and the item is still listed. I don't care how much cheaper parts are, the poor customer relations destroys any chance of my shopping there or recommending.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY DESPITE LOW PRICES
by Aaron S.
Yes, this place has very low prices, but that's where it ends. The service is poor and rude. I brought my computer here for upgrades. They promised three day turnaround... Two weeks later, after a series of phone calls and two visits they finally had it finished. They charged me to re-install my software which they did to the bare minimum and did not install half the software they promised. I am very disappointed with this place. Would not recommend that anyone go here.

Customer Service

I bought a couple of systems at Computer Depot (I should have learned the first time, but was fooled by the low prices...you get what you pay for) I had problems with both systems immediately after taking them home. Each time I brought the systems back the techs always wanted to place the blame upon me, such as, did you drop it? How long have you been using it ? etc... When I would leave the system for repairs each time they would lie about the turnaround time. Two days often meant two weeks with me repeatedly calling for updates. The typical response was, "Its on the bench right now." There techs have no professionalism in dealing with customers and the management looks to dodge responsibility for problems. I would never go back there again. I was so upset with their service I sought a review page to voice my discontent for the first time ever.

Awful
by Bryce B.
I have never had the worst service in my life. The owner Sam and manager Barbara are rude and they do not offer satisfactory service. I would tell everyone not to go here. I was told before about there service but I went anyway. ... I should have listen. I will never shop there again and there product is garbage.

These guys are number one. I used to buy all my hardware there, but I've since move onto buying stuff online since you can get better deals + not pay tax at places like Newegg. Anyway, this is a little warehouse and their deals are the best you'll find at a storefront. So if you need the hardware RIGHT NOW then come over to Computer Depot. A quality store.
On thing that pisses me off though are those stupid security guys. I buy something, walk five feet, and they insist on checking it again. WTF.
PROS: good stuff
CONS: stupid security

While Computer Depot is not as well-known as the national or regional stores, it has some of the best prices in town for keyboards, mice, computer peripherals and computers themselves. A name-brand ergonomic keyboard can be priced almost 40% off the retail price; the only problem is that you should be prepared for long lines and an outdated cashier system-- they don't take credit card without charging the customer a fee, so be sure to bring cash! Despite that, they do have very good deals and probably the best pricing in the area.
PROS: good deals
CONS: lines

They have the cheapest prices on very common computer equipment like memory, cpu, case, monitors. They don't have the best service and the feel of the shop is like a black market warehouse with security check in and hidden cashier's like a pawn shop. But if you want some good prices, they are the way to go.

Really good pricing

Computer Depot probably has some of the best pricing in town. They always have really good weekly specials and have a nice store in a kind-of hard to find location. My only complaints would be in the service (its really slow) and the return policy (15% restocking fee on EVERYTHING). Otherwise, this store has done me a lot of good in buying computer parts that I need.
