Went here for lunch. The past was really good and they had some nicely priced deals for lunch. The patio seating was decent and all around it was a good experience.

This is my favorite place of all time... Plus valet is only $2.50... Try the Penne Gorgonzola (think it may be called Pomdero secco or something) \r
On Thursday nights starting around 8pm/8:30pm they have someone come around doing magic

I enjoy going to Il Capriccio on occasion. The food is very nice, and the restaurant is cute. The menu is nothing too special or innovative, it is classic upscale Italian fare. That said, they do that quite well.

And although the restaurant is usually crowded, somehow there never seems to be an insane wait for a table. If you're in the mood for a nice Italian place, this is a good choice.

In hip Los Feliz, Il Capriccio is one of our favorite dining spots. It's cozy and staff is warm and friendly. Honestly, we have never had a bad meal there.I love their Pollo Piccata and Capellini Alla Checca (angel hair pasta with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil). My friend loves their Rigatoni Norcina with mushrooms and ground Italian sausage. Great little place and quite popular too. Best to call for a reservation for dining after 7pm.

I love this place. I've never had a dish I didn't completely enjoy. Be sure to bring your own wine, they don't have a liquor license right now. The Rigatoni Norcina and Rigatoni Antonio are my favorite standbys. Also, I always order

The only thing to note is to BYOB which is fine for me; because I get to bring my own favorite. \r
There really isn't anything to complain about this place. Food is resonable priced, it has a friendly decor, it's pretty romantic. A+

This is hands down the best Italian food in L.A. My family comes from Napoli and this is the food I grew up on. Good hearty Italian dishes. You know the old saying 'no one cooks as good as mom' is true, but this just makes me want to have

Pros: Great Italian food in a central location. Mama Flora, but brush up on your Italian first. ;)

Cons: It can get very crowded, so make reservations. Finding parking on the street, but there is valet.

While the food was standard "good" Italian - nice cuts of chicken and veal in buttery flavorful sauces next to al dente pasta - it was the service that made this experience worth it. Our waiter took all required steps (and more) to make

Editorial from

It's not hard to like this neighborhood trattoria with solid, honest preparations of old classics and an occasional surprise from the open kitchen. This is a cozy space, with burnt orange walls lined with gallery art and candlelit tables…
