Pretty good Mexican food and never too crowded. The burritos are huge, but really fresh. They make the tortillas on site and they are delicious. For some reason, their skimpy on the salsa and we always have to ask for me, multiple times. The service is okay, not very fast, but they don't get your order wrong. I've heard Happy Hour is good but haven't been.

Alicias Restaurant is a great place to stop by for Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 pm. The service is good and the salsa and chips are great. On Fridays they have live music from 630 to 830. The place is always full. Definitely recommend you stop on by and try the home made flour tortillas. Best of all they have munudo everyday.

I have been eating at Alicia's for years. It is a landmark in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose. They have buffets some week nights and great Sangria. Best of all is the Cocido and soup full of corn on the cob, short ribs, and lots of veggies. A small one is more than you can eat, comes with tortillas rice and beans and last time I was there it was 6.25. They are open breakfast, lunch and dinner and do some catering as well. They have recently added a full bar. Service is usually atrocious, but for some reason, I never care.

PROS: Great Cheap Eats.
CONS: Service very sketchy
