4 Stars: Pho (by Steve L.)

To me all pho tastes the same, but at Pho T Cali, they give you more noodles and more meat. The prices are about the same anywhere else you'll go, but you get more for your money here.

5 Stars: Great pho, period. (by Gary K.)

This place has great pho. I have always liked pho but this place stands out in my mind, it just tastes better than other pho restaurants. With pho, you have to have egg rolls (or spring rolls) and Hoacali makes awesome rolls. It's a good place to bring a big group of friends, the food comes fast.

5 Stars: Mmmm....pho (by Diana N.)

The name has now changed to T Cali I believe but the food is still good and cheap. Great for a cold, rainy (however rare) day or just to get some home cooking. Must try the eggrolls there, wrap in a piece of lettuce and dip in the fish sauce. Service a little on the weak side but doesn't change the quality of the food.

5 Stars: Big bowls of yummy pho noodles (by Tiffany P.)

Pho Hoacali Express is yet another tradition of my college years. You cannot beat the value of their tasty noodle combinations for their low prices. My biggest decision is always whether to choose chicken or shrimp to go with my noodles. A side order of spring rolls with peanut sauce is always a must.

5 Stars: Best Pho (by Vanessa F.)

Great food for a great price. The pho is my favorite, but they also serve a variety of cold noodle and rice dishes and exotic drinks. The spring rolls are refreshing and healthy, and the dipping sauce is da bomb. They are open every day until 9PM, except for Fridays and Saturdays (10PM), but I wish this place were open later.
