The service that was provided was TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a package deal that included a jumper, balloons, chairs, tables, a piata and a piata stick. The scheduled delivery time was for ten oclock in the morning; yet, by 12 noon, no delivery, nor did I receive a courtesy call to let me know they would be running late. When I called to inquire, a female stated that the order had left for delivery a long time ago and never did she apologize. Instead, she gave several LAME excuses. She was very unprofessional and spoke in a tone that was rude and condescending as if she was doing me a favor and not providing a service; a service for which I had already made a down payment. In addition, when the delivery was finally made, all the items that were to be in the package were not provided (the piata stick). The jumper was FILTHY and had dirty socks and toys that were obviously left from prior usage, and, it was not properly set up. VERY BAD BUSINESS!! DO NOT EVER WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PARTY SUPPLY DISASTER OF A STORE!!!
