I used to love this place.
The food was awful the last time I went. I told the manager that the cheese smelled funny on the pizza, but she said it was fresh. It smelled rotten. I didn't want my son eating it.
I used to love their sauteed mushrooms, but they must of changed the recipe, because it was disgusting.
Don't get their anti-pasta salad. Most pizza places give you lots of mozerealla. This place gave a small slice and who puts gross frozen cooked vegetables in an antipasta salad?
The worst food ever, don't know what happened to the fabulous food.
I complained about the food and guess what? Every single waitress in the restaurant came out to stare at me and my family. Don't waste your money here!

Over 25 years I've liked Fio-Rito"s, Had takeout Pizza tonight. Both Sausage and Peperoni were excellent. Quiet dine-in experience, History tells it all - GREAT legacy. Famous in Los Alamitos. Too much nonsense? Try going here.

I've been coming to this place since the original place opened in Lakewood. Pat and his Son and Daughter-in-Law purchased this location over 30 years ago. The place is quaint and a (bit) dated, but the pizza is the made from only the best ingredients, the dough is freshly made and is thin crust and delicious. One of the owners is almost always present, so the standards in service and quality are always maintained. There is a whole group of "regulars" that have eaten here for years and are faithfull to this place. Very cozy atmosphere with very good New York style pizza. The service is outstanding, the food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. I almost don't want anyone else to know!

I've been going to Fio's for 20 years. I've never had a better pizza than at this restaurant. The crust is very thin/cracker-like. If you are looking for deep dish, this ain't your place! I drive over an hour to pick up a pizza. Every person who I've taken here has agreed! Many people aren't familiar with this family owned restuarant, which is fine by me. I'd like to see another restaurant open in South Orange County, that would save me some gas. The owners are extremely cordial and are the same as when the eatery opened. I hear the lasagne is really good too, but be prepared to wait 25 minutes as it is made to order. This place is my favorite ALL TIME for pizza.

I ate there once a few months ago. I was not really impressed. The service was okay but the food was not all that great. I have eaten better at Olive Garden. The place is small and I was not al all impressed.
PROS: nothing
CONS: not that great food or service

Excellent Italian cuisine at a reasonable price. Quaint atmosphere. They have small banquet room available for parties also.
