It is a great place to eat, although Oasis Grill, on Drumm St., or Gyro King may have better falafel/falafel wrap. King of Falafel's shawerma, salad/fattoush, desserts and everything else is great. I especially like their kibbeh, which you have to ask for specifically--it's not on their menu (If you order the kibbeh, you should know that it will take him a bit of time to make them--maybe 15 mins., or more, so you might want to order on the phone ahead of time). The man who owns the place is very friendly and accomodating. The atmosphere, although busy at times, is relaxing and the place is very clean. Another plus is that it's not that expensive as many other restaurants tend to be in San Fran. I recommend going to this place if you want a nice, casual, place to eat.

With a name like Fafafel King....
by cynbergho22
I have gone here twice a year for the last 10 years just to see if it will ever get better.
Guess what? it never does, with a name like KING of FALAFEL you woud think it would be at lest half way good.
The falafel is alwat so dry and seems days old.
Cons: dry falafel, old tasting pita, yellow lettuce

I love this place. The people are nice. Pretty popular at times, and it is no question why. Delicious falafel!
