Not sure whats so good here. I have gone a few times, thinking it was the service provider but it hasnt been that good. The food is OK but I am not sure how they continue to have their famous standing with the service that is provided.

We have heard good things about Schatzi's for years..but EVERY time we have visited it's been AWFUL. Poor food, bad service, high prices..I just don't understand what there is to like about this place. In recent years it has become more touristy and run down and the food is even worse if that is possible. Cold, soggy wienerschnitzel with absolutely NO seasoning on a bare plate with a soggy little lemon slice and some sad potatoes...this is not Austrian cuisine..

PROS: Can't think of one
CONS: High prices..lousy food, bad service...icky
