My son is only 4, so we've only been about 4 times; however, the staff and Doctor's are very nice and patient. I've met with different doctors and they have all been very good at explaining everything and answering any questions. They have overhead TVs for the kids to watch videos during their visit, and a treasure chest of toys as a reward. She is patient and quiet and explains what she's doing in terms they can understand.
