Farallon

Farallon is an excellent seafood restaurant choice in San Francisco at Union Square. The restaurant has a seafood grotto decor, which I found to be whimsical and amusing. I went there with a group of people and we ordered a variety of seafood dishes. Every single one of us loved our meal and we had nothing but compliments for the chef and server. I'd recommend this place to any seafood lover!

the seafood here is really fresh. i really like the taste! it seems very different here than all the other seafood places i go to. nice view and really fancy.

I don't know which is better, Farallon's food or its out-of-this world decor. Great seafood prepared in both traditional and inventive ways. It was named one of the country's best new restaurants in 1997 when it opened. The crazy yet elegant underwater decorating theme was featured on Home & Garden TV. I love the booths that look like they're right out of "The Little Mermaid." Great place to eat before seeing a show at the Post Theater next door.

Extragavant and high class seafood restaurant with an amazing Atlantis-like decor. The food is delicious. Makes for a great romantic night out or a fancy dinner with your vacationing friends.
