Their service was so prompt and professional! We were having a problem with our slider and had been wanting to get it replaced so we went to Preferred Glass & Windows and they had a new one installed in no time. For us it was a safety issue and we were thankful that we didn't have to wait a long time to get it replaced. I think their price was reasonable to maybe slightly higher than other companies, but I believe the great job they did was worth it!
