Not a very friendly environment, from the moment you walk in the receptionists aren't warm or helpful they just expect you to know everything, and the employees are really unprofessional, not worth the major price you have to pay when there are better places for alot less.

Beautiful spa however the service is terrible. Would not recommend it. I live in N.County and have been driving Downtown San Diego for all my services taught I might be able to save some money and time by going here but with such an unprofessional front desk staff I'll keep driving downtown. They messed up my whole schedule and made me feel that I am inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.

Wonderful. Anyone who thinks the staff is snooty (no offense) probably has never been to a high class salon before. They serve you a beverage and the service there is excellent. The swedish message, is to die for. I would recommend it to anyone who has a mere $80.

Wonderful atmosphere. My hair stylist, Mona is very talented when it comes to hair. I highly recommend her. The other staff is nice too and dress very chic. It's the perfect place to go when you need a feminine setting.

VERY expensive and in my opinion not worth the money. The staff was very uppity and snooty, and they have a very high rate of turnover. I would not recomend.

This is a wonderful spa! It is rather pricey but not as bad as some of the resorts in our area. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel really comfortable. They offer a variety of treatments. It is really fun for a girls day out.

As a wedding gift for my sister I wanted to take her to a day spa. I researched just about every one in San Diego county and chose Bellissima. They had some of the best rates as well as offering what we wanted. While getting you treatments they serve you complimentary beverages.

Crazy expensive, but that doesn't even matter. This place is SO GOOD. Try the herbal steam, Swedish massage, and facial. If you have a full day treatment, they will even serve you a fabulous lunch. This is my idea of heaven.
