I do like this store if I am looking for a good knife or some good baking items, but the people who work there aren't the friendliest people in town. They think they know it all. They aren't very helpful! I usually try to get what I am looking for and ignore them.

Customer service?
by Paul M.
I went here after reading reviews about how Perfect Edge did a great job of sharpening knives. That part was great. The part that sucked was the person I interacted with who decided to be sarcastic and created a truly awkward experience after I asked them why they wanted my phone number (I asked because I don't want to get spammed). The conversation went something like this:

If you're a chef, an avid amateur or a professional, chances are the Perfect Edge has what you're looking for. Not cheap, they have a fantastic selection of cutlery and are building a very good inventory of baking equipment. This is NOT an industrial food service store, so don't come here looking to outfit a commercial kitchen.
PROS: Great inventory, selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff

Cooks Tools for Professionals and Beginners Alike

I was never into cooking, but then I discovered that the right tools make the job more bearable. It's hard to burn dinner if you have a quality pan, and they have pans and more! Everything you can bake or cook with is here, not just knives like the name suggests. I got a small cast iron, pre-seasoned frying pan for under $12, and it was a brand name item! You could pay that much for a cheap K-Mart pan, but no need to with a store like this in town. The staff will also help you buy what you need and is very nice. They do have a knife and scissor sharpening service as well.
PROS: Great deals on cookware
CONS: On street parking only
