DeLillo Chevrolet

I have purchased 6 vehicles from DeLillo over the past 18 years. The Sales department has a no pressure air about them that creates a 'comfort' level to buy. The Service Department has got to be the best GM service department in Orange County. The guys there will treat you right and your vehicle also. Great place to do business with!

love the sales dept. no pressure.. the mgrs worked very hard to get all the rebates and programs for the best deal for me. love my 2010 car...service is just as great. everyone treats u like family...

No pressure sales department with a great follow-up service., what more could you ask for? The salesperson follows you through the entire sales experience, they don't pass you on to a finance "manager" and then to a closer so you feel tossed around to see how much money they can squeeze out of you. Highly recommend Phillip Villegas in the service department, he's a straight shooter when it comes to the needed repairs.

The service at DELILLO is "THE VERY BEST" you could ever get!!!!after looking at a few chevy's on other lots and getting the major runaruond,I came into Deilillo and talked to the fleet manager "TERI TUCCIARONE" beside's having a great personality,, and no pressure mode,and knowing her stuff, we signed on the dotted line, and since then have purchased a few trucks from her, i have sent many friends and people i come i contact with to her, service dept "ROCKS" as well.. GIVE THEM A SHOT, YOU'LL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!!!CORY B

Brought my truck into service because it had an engine misfire. They charged me $80 to check it out and they told me that it was something I did to the engine with the modified intake that it had. They wanted to charge me $1300 to take the heads off to check. I took it it home and found the $40 "coil pick up sensor" that was bad and causing the misfire. I talked to someone at the dealer about it, he said he would look into what he could do about getting my $80 bucks back, I never heard back from him. DON'T take your car there or buy a car from them!

The service dept. is superior. They are very nice. They are friendly. they are quite helpful. They have a shuttle to take you to wherever you need to be while your car is worked on. The service dept. is upfron and honest.

I test drove a Chevy Tahoe here on a non-busy Sunday and the sales person was older and a little bit quiet. This is also a pretty small lot; they had mostly used cars and a few new ones, but I wasn't really impressed with the selection. It's probably a good place to look if you are looking really hard for the right deal, but I wouldn't recommend making it the only place you stop.
