I love that store !! I don't know why they have so many bad reviews all the people are nice specially the lady that works in the scrap-booking department I believe her name is Wanda. She always gives me ideas and helps me lots shes a really nice lady just ask her and I'm sure she will be glad to give you tips and ideas too ...

Overall the store carries good quality items, but the hospitality is extremely low. You will fine what you need for sure, just don't expect help from the none friendly staff.

This store is not for a once awhile crafter and the prices are on the high side but thats because they are a high end craft store don't plan on getting help from the people there because they are not nice.

You walk in and you are immediately motivated to make something. The classes they hold at Tall Mouse are a great way to spend your day. They also ALWAYS have craft projects on display, which is a convenient way to get ideas for Mother's/Father's Day/Birthday presents.

It use to be a great Arts & Crafts Store.
But.... not anymore. They done away with much of traditional crafting supplies. They made there display wider
to make like it has more crafts when they don't!
I worked there, years ago. That's when Tall Mouse had the Crafts.
Sure, things can change but if you don't have some main stays
whats the point? the are getting rid all the plastic model kits and paints?

If you need old time craft supplies you might go way of catalog
like CR crafts.

I simply love walking around Tall Mouse because there is so much to look at. They carry every art product you can possibly think of- thousands of brands of paper, glue, ornaments, trinkets, and so much more. Although there aren't very many staff members on duty to help you, you will have a blast shopping the aisles of this huge store.

This place has a really great selection of everything, if you like to do scrapbooks their selection is awsome. They also carry fabrics and things like that for your sewing needs. the other thing I really liked is they have a section that is related to the current holiday. everything in here is very well organized and accessible.

They do have a 40% off coupon occasionally. A couple things that have disappointed me in the past are 1) the staff's- often poor- attitude and 2) the fact that I've requested to be on their mailing/including email list several times, and have yet to be put on their list.

I often go to this store for party supplies, it has a pretty decent selection. Also a good place to go for moderately priced art supplies and oh, scrap book people would be in heaven. It seems those specific supplies increase everytime I pay a visit.

Man, this store has everything a crafts woman could want. Their scrap booking section is out of this world! I mean, what ever it is you are into, book binding, quilting (yes they even have a fabrics section, painting, candle making, they got it!

Tall Mouse is just like Micheals without the cold feel. Tall Mouse is a nice sized craft store with a warm feeling and really nice employees. The store boosts some workshop classes like learning how to paint. The store has a lot of fabric choices and the store carries my favorite things like miniture doll house items for the collector. They sell everything from plush items to paint, to fabric, to woodwork items, to model kits. Their prices are comparable to other craft stores.

PROS: lots of fabrics
CONS: out of the way

They have really great art and crafts items here at tall mouse. They have so much to choose from too. At times i can stay in here forever just looking at all of the neat things they have here. prices aren't too bad and customer service is good.

This place is great to go to if you have a artsy project that needs to be done. This place is huge and you can find just about anything you need to get a project done. I love just walking around to see what kinds of things i can find so that i can use it for my next project. Their prices aren't too bad either and the staff is so helpful.

There was a craft store at this location a long time ago, but it didn't make it. I'm so glad this one went the distance because, except for Michaels, we really don't have anything like it in the area.

The store carries all the popular craft items. Lately, several aisles are devoted to scrapbooking and stickers. Several aisles are always given to whatever is the upcoming holiday. The displays for Christman and Halloween are always elaborate and give one ideas for projects at home.

Tall Mouse is a good place to buy fabric. The bolts are organized by color, hue and theme and make it easy to find what you want.

The store offers "40% off one item" coupons often. A good place to find these coupons is in their newspaper ad in the Press Telegram or the Register every 2 weeks or so. Or, register your email online and receive coupons in your inbox.

Just walking through the store is a great way to get craft and decorating ideas.
