On Saturday May 22nd, 2010 at about 2:30pm I encountered a very hostile and aggressive man who began to argue and accuse me of cutting in the drive-thru line. This was a very strange claim given that I was in the car BEHIND him, not in front. In an attempt to "teach me a lesson" (his words), he refused to place his order and sat in his car berating and insulting me. Both my teenaged daughter and I felt too unsafe to step out of our vehicle so we waited for someone from the restaurant to come out and investigate (we couldn??t just drive off as another customer had come up and was now behind us). Unfortunately, this took several very uncomfortable minutes.

Finally an assistant manager who said his name was ??Manuel?? walked out and attempted to calm the man who continued with his irrational and bizarre behavior. He shouted to Manuel: "this is none of your business! It's between me and her!? By this time, other customers were driving off and I asked Manuel if he could take my order so that I, too, could leave. He said ??no?? and continued to try and reason with the man. Then the store manager came out and between the two of them, they were finally able to get him to place his order and leave. But before doing so, he shouted one last insult and when I tried to speak up, the female store manager immediately told me to be quiet and blamed me for 'the hold up'. I tried to clarify what had happened but she ignored me and walked away.

I thought this was incredibly rude so when I reached the first window I immediately asked to speak to her. The young female cashier asked me to wait and when she came back she claimed said that she wasn't there. I explained that I'd just seen her outside to which she replied: ??she left to pick up some produce". When I asked for her name she told me to wait and when she came back she gave me the name "Katherine 'Katalina' Garcia". When I was given my food at the second window, I again asked for the store manager's name and this time I was given ??Lupe ??Lupita?? Patio?. I told the young man that I was previously given the name Katherine/Katalina but he insisted it was "Lupe" or "Lupita".

Needless to say, someone was lying and didn??t want to bother hearing my side of the story. I feel both the assistant manager and store manager failed in trying to provide a safe, customer-friendly environment and should be asked to explain their unprofessional behavior. Being that this man was acting in a highly aggressive and totally irrational manner, they should??ve advised him that the authorities would be called if he didn??t either place his order or leave.

I??d been to this location before this incident but I do not intend on returning ever again.

I love going to McDonald's but I hate going to this location. Just last week my husband and I went through the drive-thru and they messed up our order twice - and all we had were the new coffees. First, one of the coffees was half filled and we asked the employee to fill it because our medium drink only had the portion of a small drink. Second we had to return both drinks because we had asked for the vanilla drinks and it did not have any flavor.

This is not my first bad experience here I have had others and avoid this McDonald's, but I decided to give it another chance. Ive had issues with slow service and incorrect orders and now I am definitely avoiding this location.
