Last four out of 6 visits cold air was blasting everyone (outside temp in low 50s). Last night a manager came around twice and apologized to everyone, the air stopped for 5 minutes and then resumed as before. With the exception of one rather large couple everyone was eating in heavy jackets. The family in the booth behind us declined dessert because they were too cold to stay. Also, per server's statement, the kitchen was "overwhelmed". Over 30" before we got nachos. We will try another Chili's....one with a working thermostat.

Pros: Great food, Friendly, Good prices

When I am craving a great burger I look no further than Chili's. Their peppercorn burger is great, full of yummy flavors and reasonably prices. Plus the fries aren't bad either.
