I am very happy to have found such a wonderful pre-school for my son. I love that he has learned so much and that he loves all of his friends. We had tried a different school and he just didn't fit in.

My 3 1/2 years old daughter attended educare for almost 6 months, I just recently removed her from the school because when I would pick her up she would be with a different teacher almost twice a week. I start to ask why her teacher was not there the response was that she out sick again. It was very dispruptive to my daughters schedule having different teachers and class mates. Not only that but she always look tired and upset to me. At times we walk in and she would not greet us, look at us and walk away. Maybe it was because of our ethnicity. Its too bad because I really like the school itself, now its time to look for another school.

I feel so fortunate that I found such a wonderful preschool for my
child. The staff are all so caring, and communicate with me
about my child's day. The curriculum is a good mix between
learning activities and play time. The snacks are healthy, and the
school is orderly and clean. Some of my friends and neighbors have
also had their children at EduCare, and we are all very impressed.
I would recommend this school 100% . Shawn E.

I agree with Alison's post. My son was also asked to leave the school after being there a year, citing that he would climb on the cots and wouldn't take a nap and was just all around uncooperative. They (the owner, director and teacher) did not tell me he was having behavior issues. Every day I would ask how his day was, and if I am told it was fine, great or any other positive adjective, why would I believe any differently? It wasn't until I received a call from the director telling me "well, we just don't know what to do with him anymore and we think it's best that he be removed from the school" that I found out there was a problem. As the adult, my expectation is that you tell me when there are issues so that they can be addressed and corrected. It should be a partnership between the parents and the teachers to make sure the child flourishes. You should never wait until the point of wanting to remove the child from the school before you let the parent know there is an issue. It's very concerning that the only resolution that so-called early childhood trained educators can come up with is removing the child from their care. Is that really the best way to deal with a child when they don't fit into your perfect mold?

Educare preschool is a perfect fit for my 3 year old. He has been there fo almost a year and he loves it. The staff is very loving and professional, and organized. The school is clean, the playground and the classrooms. My son's class has posted curriculum and the teacher sticks to that. When my son 1st started educare he had no routine set for him, and now he does. I feel that the schedule and organization will better prepare him for grade school. I 100 percent ecommend sending your kids to this school!

Educare Preschool has turned out to be a great school for my daughter.. The teachers there are very loving and the kids are always happy.. My daughter has been going to Educare Preschool for over a year and absolutly loves her 2 year old teacher. She talks about her often and wants to turn the car around if she forgets to give her a hug goodbye. I can say that my child loves to learn and has soaked up every bit of knowledge that the great curiculum provides. Keep up the good work Eduacre!

The staff is very loving. The school itself is very professional and clean. My son has been going there for almost a year now. They have very good curriculum, lots of activities to keep their little minds stimulated. They do have a very good routine for the kids, which i love, because I feel it gives the kids a good sense of security while they're there. Both Vicki and Lydia are very sweet, the teachers are just as kind.. I can comfortably pop in during the day, without any hesitation. They're always having small events for the kids. Overall, this is a great school. The happy, positive environment they set there really shows in the kids faces. My son loves it!

This is such a wonderful school i am glad that i found this school in the yellow pages. I have two children that attend educare. My oldest daughter is 4 and she just loves getting up every morning and going. She has learned so much already. She brags about everything she does everyday, she also hangs her things that she makes up on the refrigerator. She also knows how to write her name completely without looking and that is her full name of course. I also have a 2 year old that attends educare. He was almost potty trained when he started attending and now he is completely potty trained. He also learned his abc's and how to
count also he learned alot of songs. He comes home and sings his songs to me. He also hangs his things he makes during school up on the refrigerator. My kids love attending this school and i was very picky about what school my kids go to because of the dangerous things that happen at daycares. Like i said earlier i am glad that i chose this one. I am not hesitant on leaving my kids there every morning i feel good about leaving them there. I have no worries. Thanks again to all of the staff and directors for taking good care of my children

I'm a parent of two childern of the same facility. I couldn't of had a better school that both of my childern could attend then EDUCARE PRESCHOOL!!!! They have taught my children so much even helping potty train a some what of a hard time do in toddlerhood. They have also taught my oldest all different things for ABC's... to counting and spelling...and some mathamatics. To teach a young child who is extermely shy I think is amazing. My oldest is now very social and willing to interact in every way I never thought he would for being such a shy child.... And my youngest at 2 years old now is fully potting trained and is counting to 25.... The staff there is very understanding and very hands on. What other PRESCHOOL would have children at such a young age succed so while... I'm so thankful for that school to show and teach my childern the way that they have... I'm very nervous about my oldest one starting elementary school soon because I don't know if he'll have the same attention that he gets there at EDUCARE.... I think that it was extermly immauture that a parent who has a bad experience shouldn't go on the world wide web and post something like they did.... It makes you wonder what kind of person would do such an act like that... I couldn't be happier with any of the staff and director at EDUCARE preschool I personally have never meet people so passionate and understanding to your childs needs.. And I'm MOST POSTIVE that other parents would agree with me..

This school is very regimented and has a very particular routine. Some children may not fit this routine so before enrolling your child and trusting the staff to build a bond with your child, note that they may decide that your child is not up to their standards. Please note that my son is a bright, funny, active young boy like most 3 yr old children tend to be and because he did not like to nap as often as they would like they asked him to leave after being there for almost 6 months. Also the new teachers for my sons class seem to be stressed and unable to accommodate individual needs. The teacher to student ratio is not adequate to be able to maintain individual needs for your child. The staff as well as the main director of the preschool Vicky believe that it is not appropriate to inform the parents when the child has been behaving in an unruly fashion and or is not susceptible to nap time, they would rather hold this information in a not "tattle-tail" on the child...note this is in her very own words. I believe that if your child is having issues with anything that the parent should be notified so that you may help your child address his or her issues so that they may progress into upstanding young people. I was completely unaware of any constant issues that had been taking place and when asked to pick my son up early for disrupting nap, they had asked me to make other arrangements for him, rather then forewarning me so that I can look into other day cares that are more suitable for him and not disrupt my work schedule also. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPROPRIATE IN MY EYES. I feel as though they have completely turned there backs and singled out my child. When asked to leave I saw more than 3 children standing up in the classroom during nap which was what he was asked to leave for doing. I will also say that even though the staff is is friendly and will smile at you and your child, acting as though all is well.. don't be fooled! As the old saying goes, looks can be deceiving and who knew it could be that hard for grown adults to voice themselves when an issue has has aroused that could substationally effect a child emotionally and physically to say the least.

DECEMBER 7 2013. BTW AMANDA HOOKEY. You sound completely ignorant in stating why would an upset parent who had a bad experience at this school post such a thing?? It's not rocket science. OBVIOUSLY it's to warn and make other parents aware who value and love their children. The type of parents that don't want their own children to experience the same situation as myself. Just for your information the type of person I am is a loving MOTHER who will stand up for my child and children being singled out and mistreated. The question I know have is what type of person you are to judge another mother for wanting the best for her child. What a joke!!! My guess is your more then likely just someone who works their being that this was written directly after I posted this and let the director knew I did so. In the hopes she would read it. I truly hope that educare got it's act together although I seriously doubt it unless they replace the staff entirely.
