I've used State Farm for years, and it can be a headache relocating and finding a new agent. Our realtor recommended Rich Nye's office to us. He's the first agent I've actually met in person. His staff, especially Christy Bonifer, spent a great deal of time helping our family understand our new insurance needs in CA. They were extremely helpful giving us the pros and cons for various options on both auto and housing insurance. We left feeling like we were well covered at a reasonable price. Our old agent had a lot of unresolved problems, like failing to cancel insurance on a car sold, but Christy handled all of the details for us to fix the outstanding problems. We are grateful for Rich Nye's team.
