Wish I would have read these comments prior to my doing business with this agency.

The ultimate insulting customer service I have ever encountered. From the agent to the supervisor to the owner.

The response to two simple questions was a barage of unprovoked insults. This after booking several cruises with this outfit. Absolutely incredible.

Incredible that this company is still in business (Charmichael, CA location). Needless to say, we will never do business with this agency, ever!

I hate to even give this travel company one star. It makes them look like they're sort of good. They're not! I had traveled through them once before. A couple that I traveled with is still trying to get resolution, five months after the trip.
Anyway, my problem with them is that I had just booked a cruise with them. Not one hour later, my friend, that will be traveling with us, found the same cruise/cabin for 25% less. I called back to WWT to see if they'd match the price. They wouldn't, so I canceled and re-booked with Vacations to Go. They said that their policy was that they needed a letter from me canceling before they would refund the $1200. deposited and they also needed authorization in that letter to charge me the $35./person cancellation fee, even though I had only made the reservation less than two hours earlier. My agent there said that I could request a waive of that fee (making me think that they would certainly do that since they really hadn't incurred any direct charges for the booking). When I spoke with Bonnie, the office manager, she was rude and blunt. No customer service here! Then, I asked to speak with the owner. I was transferred to him, Len Karstadt. I now see where the problem lies. Bonnie reflected the owners attitude, to a "T". I really can't believe that they're still in business. I won't be giving them any more of mine! He even told me that he doesn't want any customers like me! I couldn't believe his attitude. I was speechless on the phone.
On my previous cruise, my agent was a bit of an air head, but got the details done okay. She did not, however, go out of her way to try to get me any perks, such as an upgraded cabin, as most other agents would do. Now, I see that their instructions from the top must be to only get the booking and move on to another customer. Save your cruise dollars with Whole World of Travel and book with a competitor.

Kathy was unable to resolve correcting a simple mispelling of the first name of a customer and had the attitude that it was our fault for not pointing this out sooner. This happened when I had called immediately the next day after I first saw the documents. The mispelling is on the cruise and airline reservations. She failed to call me back to keep me updated on status. And the first time she did call back she expected our family to pay the $200 fee that they said the airline was requesting in order to make the name change.

After leaving message reiterating that it was not a mistake we had made, I had to call her repeatedly for status and never got any resolution. When I did reach her she never apologized for not calling me back. Our family had to call the cruise line ourselves to make the changes and they still have not been fully resolved.

Please be careful if you choose to use this agency. I was frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and documentation received from them.

Tiffany is unhelpfull and unressponsive and so is her Manager Bonnie who is Rude, Unhelpfull and snippy with a temper to boot, for a company providing travel service. Bonnie was not only unwilling to call the Embassy to verify country entry requirements, they woudn't stay on the phone to have a conference call with the embassy to ensure my parents had the necessary paperwork, when I asked about a requirement that I was told about for Entry Bonnie told me I was wrong and the person at the embassy was wrong?

For a Travel Service company, they are not service oriented at all. Don't trust them with you trip.
