5 Stars: Great Korean Barbecue experience! (by Melanie C.)

A friend first brought me to this place. This is one of those Korean restaurants where you cook the food yourself. The quality of the meat is really good in this place. If dining for 2, the "barbecue meat" plate that's worth $29 + should be more than enough for 2. Service is pretty good too.

4 Stars: Good Korean BBQ (by Carleen K.)

Although I prefer the newer Shik Do Rak in Garden Grove better, the one in LA is almost as good. They are known for their "duk bo sam," which is basically thin slices of beef dipped in oil and salt/pepper and wrapped in sheets of rice paper (duk). Delicious! The restaurant does not take reservations so be prepared for a long wait during dinner hours. They do not have the sliced green raddish here, which really adds to the duk bo sam, but they do have it at their Garden Grove location.
