I don't like the way thifttown treat the employees and they are very rude. I think that the store needs more happy people. Thifttown is cool but they are very favoritable with some employees.they have bad ways in that place. I worked for them they treat you like nothing for you p.s iam close find me.

I have enjoyed buying from Thrift town. The clerks are really nice. I just called to see if you had a product and spoke to Jay. He checked and the item was not in, however, he told me to call back as thrift town continueously get new items.

My neighbor works at Thrift town. She hasn't complained to me.

Ive worked for thrift town and its very unhealthy and unsafe to work at thrift town! not all the employees do there job and management causes allot of stress at work through there own stress. Also thrift town takes advantage of customers by making some items very expensive!! also many illegal activities are done at that job and should be put under review!!

I love this store, they have a variety of great stuff and so affordable. I always find something for my whole family and everything is in fine condition. They have new items all the time and I look forward to their 50% off on special color tag days.

I love shopping and I don't like to spend very much money. It maty sound like a commercial, but it's true. This place has some great stuff. Sometimes you really gotta shop, I'm not gonna lie, but they have a huge selection of stuff!! Plus, they have name brands there too if you look hard. Why spend more than you have to???

I love this store because it reminds me of the old junking days of yore, when I could go to thrift stores and find mink stoles and Cheerleader uniforms for $3.50. While the prices are not that low, there is still great variety at reasonable prices.

They hire extremely competent people with disabilities and the turn over is quick. Each week there are new, wonderful things, and not so wonderful things. Either way, check it out!

PROS: Great variety, reasonable prices
CONS: Musty thrift store smell

They also do electronics recycling - meaning they'll take my broken printer. I think the state pays charities to collect them to keep it out of the landfills.

The locals love this place, and I'm learning to as I become a Castro Valley local. They pick up donations in Castro Valley on days they choose and mass mail to you, but I bring my stuff in.

It's a big thrift store, and they have fitting rooms. I have some friends who really like to shop for clothes recreationally, and they find really fun clothes here - fancy jackets, etc.

Don't cut it too close on time, as sometimes there's a line at the cashier, and you need to chill out and browse while it goes down.

The prices are much higher than a yard sale, of course, but you don't have to work too hard to find stuff, either. It's not as hit-and-miss as most thrift stores plus regular stores are so into selling stuff for next season that you almost have to shop here to buy stuff for this season.

I come in for "this season" emergency kids clothes - when I need three more pairs of boys shorts right now ... when he's lost both his jackets ...

Pros: Fitting rooms, electronic recycling, big selection

Cons: None so far, prices are not rock bottom
