I go to Tlaloc a lot because it is located near my office. While it is kind of pricey for Mexican, it is really good. The staff is friendly and the service is speedy. I recommend getting there prior to 12pm if you want to eat there

Pros: Delicious

Cons: Line can get long, little seating after 12pm

This place is a little hard to find if you're driving in the financial district. It's in a closed alley. Although it's a little expensive for mexican food, it's worth it to splurge once in a while. The horchata is perfect and the burritos are a good sze.

Yeah, the food provided is pretty tasty. I have loved burritos for years and have tried many taquerias. I like their salsas, though it should be pointed out that the technology exists to CHOP the damn cilantro (leaving two and a half

Pros: Tasty food.

Cons: Can't get a decent size burrito, at any price. Order two dishe$ if hungry at all.

The food here isn't bad, but it is nothing special and it is somewhat expensive. The salsa bar is extensive, yet all of the salsas are mediocre. The location is great on a sunny day and it gets the job done. There are other places nearby

It would be one thing if they could at least list the prices so you could determine if you wanted to wait in a long line to place an order, but the large menu lists everything except drinks ($2.50 for a medium soda by the way, the smallest

Not the best burrito in town, but certainly nothing to shake a stick at. Add that to an awesome salsa selection, great atmosphere and a sunny place for lunch, and you've got one of the best places to grab a bite in downtown SF.

Tlaloc is a regular lunch spot, a three story building tucked down an alleyway. You order your lunch at the cashier, get a number, load up on soda/salsa and find a table. Waitstaff tracks you down and drops off your meal pretty quickly.

For starters..best Salsa bar in the city..but without a solid burrito, doesn't do much. Not to worry. Tlaloc serves up some of the city's best. I cannot beleive they were not in thee running for best burrito, and places like Baja Fresh
