The first thing I notice when touring Fair Oaks CDC was the friendliness of the Staff, including the Director. The Director answer all of my questions and gave me an opporunity to visit with the Lead Teacher of the classroom my child would be in.
The second thing I notice was how happy and engaged all the children were. Staff was on the floor talking with child and listening to them. The classroom where set up in learning center, like science, book, dramtic play and others.
I put my child on the waiting list right away.
