Boudin Sourdough Bakery & Cafe

Boudin is a great place to eat and one of the best offerings in the Valley Fair food court. All of their food is made fresh. I love their clam chowder, served in a sourdough bowl of course. Also their turkey and avocado croissant sandwich is one of the best items on the menu. Their staff will ensure that you are happy with your food, I ordered a side ceasar salad but the dressing was too salty and the lettuce too wilted. They immediately switched it to a half sandwich of my choice since none of the lettuce in the bowls looked worthwhile. Boudin sells loaves of bread to go but their best business is the the soups and salads.

PROS: soups, croissants, baguettes
CONS: can get quite busy at lunch, their salads should be removed from the menu
