4 Stars: great sandwiches (by andrea p.)

this place is right around the corner from where i work but it is easy to overlook. they make some great sandwiches. like the other revieweres said, they are a little slow, but its good! the guy who does the register seems to get confused easily, but he is nice enough to overlook it. they have the best otis spunkmeyer cookies. i got the turkey, avocado and cheese sandwich. they grill it and it tastes great!

4 Stars: Pretty good sandwiches (by Gus H.)

Great selection of handmade sandwiches. Their vegetarian selection is good too. Ask for the frequent sandwich card and get a free meal after 9 purchases.

4 Stars: Quiet place tucked away in Old Town (by Matt S.)

It's a down-to-earth Italian deli run by a friendly Korean family. Some of their sandwiches are really good. I recommend the Intermezzo. They grill-press their sandwiches, which takes quite a while -- at least 10 minutes. So if you know what you want, CALL AHEAD.

It's also a good place to pick up little snacks and drinks on the west side of Old Town. Handy right after a movie.

4 Stars: Great Sandwich Shop (by Gavin W.)

Great sandwich shop in Pasadena. I'm slowly making my rounds through their selection of sandwiches, but I think that I still like the Prosciutto (one of the best around) and basic turkey bacon & swiss the best so far! They make those to perfection. They take their time in preparing the sandwiches, so phone in your order if you're in a hurry. Service is friendly. they serve Illy coffee here too, (i'm no coffee drinker, but my coffee-drinking friends love the stuff).

4 Stars: (by Robert H.)

Great, toasted sandwiches. You are able to mix and match any combination of meat and or condiments. Friendly service, inexpensive, especially for Pasadena. Excellent, top of the line coffee and expresso. They also have a variety of smoothies. Phoneorders are accepted as well.

Although eating there everyday can get to be a bit much, the food is not bad, the prices are right, and the service is very friendly
