Use to be a happy customer. \n\nPolicy has changed. Waste Management use to allow 3 tubs of green waste a week. I dump my horse manure into them they pick it up and mix it with other green waste and sell it as fertilizer. \n\nNOW they want to charge me to pick it up and make fertilizer. Guess what. Not happening\n\nWhats next charging to pick up my recyclable container The blue bins that we all put our California cvr money in and they pick up and then cash in. \n\nGuess they will just be picking up my trash. I will be taking my recylces in myself and getting paid instead of putting money at the street for them to pick up. \n\nI suggest if your reading this. SAFE your cans and get the money your self. Quit putting money in the blue bin for them to pick up.
