Asano Acupuncture is a great facility! They got me in the next day, the wait time was minimal, the staff super friendly and overall a wonderful experience! The Dr. was so thorough and knew exactly what was going on and where and how to fix

I have been a patient of Nobu's for nearly 20 years. As he is both an acupuncturist and OMD (oriental medical doctor), his office is my first stop for any and all ailments that require a doctor. I am warmly received by everyone in the office. He has treated me for pulled muscles, depression, migraines, PMS, digestive imbalances, peri-menopause, and more. Although I work in a hospital, I consider Nobu to be my "primary care physician"; not only is he very knowledgeable on many levels, he is excellent at what he does.

I feel confident in each and every diagnosis that he makes, follow his prescribed treatment with herbs, and ALWAYS have great outcomes. I carry extra copies of his business card in my wallet and regularly recommend his services to one and all. The common statement from those who utilize his services is that they feel as if someone [Nobu] has finally addressed the CAUSE - not just the symptoms - of their malady.

I recommend Asana Acupuncture wholeheartedly for one and all!

My advice is: GO TO BE TREATED BY ASANO !!!! is AMAZING what they can do for you.
I would like to share my experience: On June 2007, I had an painful accident in my foot, for a WEEK I coudnt even touch my toes, my foot was all swollen, during this time the doctor recomend me only to put ice, (that help to reduce the swollen, but the pain still was the same) so I stay on bed for a week. Couldnt work and was unable to do nothing. I was desperate. Then a friend recommend me Asano, so I went to see him. That was the MORNING of Friday June 1st 2007. He proceed to heal my foot with acupuncture in this quite and peaceful room with beautiful music, then leave me there resting for an hour with a red light over my foot (that felt really good). After that , the treatment was finish and I return home. AT 7:00PM (SAME DAY) I WAS COMPLETELY RECOVER, THE PAIN WAS GONE, and I was able to walk, drive, wore shoes and move my toes. Since then I am so grateful to Asano Acupuncture and wonderful Staff, that I always highly recommend to my friends, family and coleagues.

P.S. Do not pay attention to the user to wrote the negative review: is a the trouble maker.

Went online to find contact info for Asano Acupuncture to refer a friend. Saw the recent negative review and wanted to add my experience. My family and I have used Asano Acupuncture since 1999. Initially, I was referred by a friend when seeking holistic support for my son who was born with a hole in his heart. Asano Acupuncture treated him at 8 months old, prior to open-heart surgery. Their approach was to ensure that his body was strong enough for surgery and that he would become accustomed to medical personnel touching him. I'm grateful to Nobu, Celine, and their staff for the atmosphere they offer in their practice. It's informal, affordable, and personal. Yes, holistic approaches require active participation by patients in terms of feedback to treatments/herbs and tracking of symptoms, but I take comfort in the fact that this cooperative approach is treating the problem, not just relieving the symptoms.

The first user who wrote a review is completely mistaken by Asano Acupuncture Assoc. I was so highly recommended to Asano, by more than 1 person, and was so pleased by the kindness and great diagnosis the Dr. and staff gave me. I've been going there for many years now, and if there is any problems with herbs/treatment, all i would have to do is call, and they would get me in as soon as possible, mostly free of charge. I would never go to another MD after seeing Nobu. I think the first review is completley incorrect about Asano Acupuncture Assoc.

Nobu Asano gave me a wrong diagnostic and mistreated me.He also made me pay for some sort of Chinese herbs ($35), which I didn't ask for and tossed almost immediately after I got extremely sick the very first night after the visit( took the herbs, as I was told). The next morning, feeling as a half person I almost end up in the Emergency room. I had to see my physician first thing in the morning. He prescribed me pills for stopping the nausea. Thankfully by the end of the day I felt much better! Be precautions when visiting Asano Acupuncture.. the receptionist (young blond woman) seems to be giving everyone same instructions, besides her fake smile and lack of knowledge. BE REALLY CAREFUL! Even, when asking specific questions, you wont get clear answers. I left totally confused and in worse condition!
