Prolube Oil Change Ctr

Received standard oil change, and the shop staff was friendly. After returning home I parked truck in gargage. Several hours later I backed out on my way to work, only to discover about 3 ounces on brand new oil on the slab. Checked the oil plug, and it wasn't tightened. (finger loose) Will never leave the property of a drive-thru oil change place without checking plug again.

What i don't need when i pay almost 40 dollars for an oil change is an "expert" with an attitude. You didn't go to college, instead you decided to bang your girlfriend and pump out a couple of kids. In no way is it my fault that you hate your life working at Pro Lube. I will make it my business to dissuade people from ever going to this branch and i am certainly sure i will never go there again.

THESE GUYS KICK OIL CHANGE ASS!!! FREE CAR WASH EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GET YOUR OIL CHANGED. GOTTA LOVE IT!!! THEY'VE DEFINITELY IMPROVED THE FLUID CHECK THING. MY WIFE LUVS ThOSE GUYS

The drive thru lube is always quick and they do a good job. They at times need to be asked or reminded to check tires and fluids but other than that they do a good job. IF you go on Fridays you also get treated with a free car wash.
