When I need party supplies, this is the place I come. I find things here that I don't find at the big party stores. And when it comes to Halloween, they have awesome costumes. For an independent store, they are very big and well stocked!

When you're stuck without a Party City and you need helium balloons in a hurry, Vine American is the place to go. Unfortunately, their stock is somewhat limited, their prices are high, and the people who work there can be somewhat gruff. If I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere, but Vine American is pretty much all Hollywood has to offer for basic party supplies.

The Vine American Party Store is a very good party supply store that carry a lot of party supplies that I don't see in places like Party City. They even have a room solely dedicated to seasonal decorations for Valentine's Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day. They also have an upstairs area where they sell theme decorations like for Polynesian parties or Asian style parties.

All you need to trow a party

This party supply store has absolutely everything you need for a party. You'll find a huge range of party favors and pinatas, including the candy, different colors and patterns of matching table cloths, plates, cups, utensils, and napkins, racks of balloons, in a variety of shapes and sizes(with names and personalized messages available). The store will deliver helium balloons for about $1 a balloon, or sell you a kit with helium tank and 50 balloons, for about $30.
Mermaid statues, grass skirts and leis, chinese lanterns, parasols and halooween costuems are available too

MY NAME IS JOYCE AND I AM A PARTY PLANNER. THEIR FABULOUS EMPLOYEES HELPED ME FIND EVERYTHING FOR ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS CARNIVAL.
