Beautiful store! The store manager was very nice, I think his name was George. We told him we were just browsing the first time we went in (on our way to Birch street) but he was nice to show us around and talk about the company. My husband and I later went back when we needed to replace our couches. We got a cool sectional, it was delivered in a week and I couldn't be happier lounging on it.

After 10 months of lite use of our couches the leather began to show the lining beneath the leather near the seam. So we have ugly white patched of missing leather which only seems to be getting worse. I had purchased the extended "accidental" warranty by Guardian that covered the first five years but since there was No accident it was of no use and that company referred me back to Easylife. Since it happend in the first year it should be covered under the one year warranty so I called Easylife to have the spots (3-4 different spots and two different couches) reviewed. It seemed pretty obvious that this should not happen in the first year and that it was due to poor quality which is a manufacturing issue. I have gotten the biggest run around with many unreturned calls and poor judgement. Between Dececember of 2010 and April of 2011 a technician came out to review the spots both times claiming that the "scratches" weren't covered. I know the technician didn't speak good english but there were NO SCRATCHES and both times the company rejected that they were responsible. I cant use the Guardian 5 year warranty because we have taken good care of the couches and didnt have an accident and I cant use the 1 year warranty because Easylife has no intention of following through on their promise to guarantee the item for the first year. Now I come to find out that a friend of mine with the same couch has the same problem happening to her couch. I would never shop at Easylife again. They have no integrity and if they say they will cover the first year should a defect arise then they should do it. So here is my warning...Stay away!

I bought two $1000 Lucas leather sofas from the store in Tustin market place, which were the most expensive items they had. They told me they were of very high quality. Within 2 months, the back started crumbling, color was fading, stitches started coming out. I called out the store and customer service numerous times and after 2 months of countless conversations and visits to the store, they send someone to check it. After one more month they took one sofa for repair and did such a shoddy job that the back seats were uneven and started making noise.

Then, we started using the 2nd sofa we had as the primary one in the meantime, and the same story repeated. I went to the store, called customer service numerous times and no one used to pick up the phone. They gave me the number of 'Julian' who is the head of Customer Service and I called him around 50 times with no luck. Finally I had to yell at the store manager to get someone in customer service to call me.

Now they say that they will replace the 2nd sofa which is very 'generous' of them. I spoke with the manager Gene of Tustin store. I told them even the new sofa is not going to last as the problem is with the basic build quality of the sofas and I want my money back. I even had severe back issues and had spent almost $1000 on medical bills. They don't seem to care.

Please learn from my experience and save yourself the torture and the trauma by not buying furniture from these stores. I'm writing this after a year of wasted time and torture dealing with these guys. And please spread the word to make people aware of these scam artists.

Had a horrible experience. First, they delivered the wrong table. Second delivery was damaged severely. Third delivery, brought back the damaged table legs again. Fourth delivery, only delivered the table and forgot the chairs. Finally, they got it right on the 5th delivery. I wanted some compensation for my time and their horrible service and all I got from the manager was to refund the delivery charge. I was utterly upset and on top of this, the manager I was communicating with about the problems left the company mid-may between my problem deliveries. So I had to re-explain all that happened to a new manager and it took longer for her to "research" my account. I would never recommend EasyLife, they made my life harder and I had to eat standing up for an extra month because of them and waste 5 Saturdays waiting for a 3 hour window delivery. You would think I would be a priority customer and they'd give me a specific delivery time after all I went through but they weren't able to accommodate me. Then after the final delivery, one of the chairs is missing a screw and we can't use it. Never shop here unless you want problems.

Shopping for my daughter's bedroom furniture was a pleasure at the Easy Life. A large and varied selection allowed us several options from which to choose. And our salesperson, Rich, was both kind and helpful. The furniture arrived on-time and the two gentlemen who set it up in her room were quick, professional and courteous. All-in-all it was a perfect furniture shopping experience. We will definitely go back to Easy Life in Tustin should we need more items in the future.

They were very courteous and helpfull from the time I arrived and gave the customer service woman my pickup order to the two men who helped my son and I load a couch and a loveseat in my truck. I bought a new home and went to many Furniture stores. Easylife in Brea was the last one I went to and ended up buying a couch from them. It looked nice, comfortable and was exactly what I wanted. After 2 weeks of having the couch and using the recliner about 3 times, the handle already broke. I called and they said "Sorry, we can't send a tech out to fix it, you have to bring it back to the warehouse in Buena Park." I'm very upset with this company, I had my eye on a few other furniture pieces I was going to purchase but after this customer service and cheap quality, I will never return, its a shame.

My wife and I really had a positive experience at Easylife. I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to with this one. Our sales person was totally knowledgeable about the products and it made us feel at ease about our $3000 purchase. The delivery was smooth and the guys were very helpful. Good job--go check it out!

Over two apartment switches and a breakup, I've been buying my furniture at Easy life for the last couple years. I like them because they can customize an order for color and size and their prices are always a decent amount below similar stores.

I bought a couch from Easy Life on Sept 17,2008 and it came apart within 2 months at the seams & the stuffing on the pillows went flat. I have called them multiple times and this has been going on for over a month with there so called warranty which by the way they never show up on scheduled appointments. I am at wits with these people they sure took my money but yet refuse to give me a new couch or return my money insisting i keep this defective piece of junk. They are unprofessional and only nice to you to take your money. I would recommend reporting them to better business bureau for there lack of ethics & services.

Great furniture at great prices. You can't miss. And the customer service was great. They did move their location to the Ralph's shopping center near Downtown Brea. Bigger store and more variety. I highly recommend for those on a budget and also to those who are not. Happy shopping.

Nice Furniture but disappointed at delivery and customer service!
I thought I finally found a good furniture store. Easy Life Furniture just lost my business. I bought a dresser and a night stand from the Brea Store. I took a day off to wait for the delivery. On the 1st delivery day, I received a night stand, but the dresser needed to be returned because one of the legs couldn't be lined up straight. Easy Life arranged a 2nd delivery, I requested to have an AM delivery but they couldn't do it. I thought at least the Easy Life could arrange for me since the 1st delivery was failed. They told me they could only deliver between 12-4 pm and I took another day off. I waited for all day and the dresser arrived at 5 pm. I was really in bad mood and I missed the board meeting. I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager and demanded to credit the $60 delivery charge, she told me she couldn't authorize that but she would have the manager to call me back. The manager called the next day and left a message. I was calm the next day and called back, said, "I was not going to call back but I'd like to thank you for returning my call..", "oh, ok, if there anything I can do just let me know, good bye!" Easy Life, what kind of customer's service is this?

Easy Life Furniture is not all that great. First of all, they are located in Brea near Trader Joe's and that parking lot as a whole is absolutely terrible! You can never find any parking and end up parking like a mile away anyways. Once you get inside, there is absolutely no customer service what so ever. Their selection isn't all that great and you could probably find comparable furniture else where for cheaper and receive the proper customer service as well.
