This is a world class hole in the wall. Great food and good service. Little place, but very cozy. It's like going to your grandma's kitchen. I love their dumplings (pan fried is the yummiest). And love their vegetables stirred fried w/garlic. Also try their noodle soups - excellent! You will love this place. The only thing is, it doesn't always have the best options for parking.

Best kept secret in Los Angeles!: Got to try!!! Don't bother the petite size of this place what matters is the food. The house specialties are pork chop rice, along with steamed/fried dumplings, & hot & sour soup. Man, the fried pork chop is sooo tasty that I think nothing can come close to it

I went there because it was written up in LA Magazine's July 2005 issue, I am brought up with Shanghainese cruisine, and I definitely would not recommend this one. the fried cake noodle is quite tasteless. the dumplings, which they said were good, is below average.
