Reliable Man Movers

We hired this company a couple days before our big move and I realized that we would be needing them a few hours before our appointment and they were so friendly and accommodating they came 4 hours early and were very efficient. They took extremely good care of our furniture and we very respectful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving. The best service you could expect from a moving company.

I just wanted to take the time to express our deep gratitude in both you and your crews assistance in our recent move. First may I say the GREG, ANGELA, DON and STEVE WERE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!. I can't say enough about how much FUN I mean real FUN we all had I actually miss them. I don't even know where to start to explain; all I know is that they made the hardship of leaving a home that I have lived in and loved for over 17 years painless. They took ever effort and care in the packing loading and unloading that I have never experienced before. It was perfect I never even worried about my most treasured pieces of furniture or accessories. Their humor, laughter and professionalism was priceless. I must be the first customer to say I actually had a blast for those three days and I want to thank you and them for it all. I know this sounds corny but it absolutely true from the heart. I feel like we have known them all for years, that's how much care and concern they put into setting up our knew home. I feel we have gained friendships and would love for any of them to stop by when they are in the area. I can't convey it enough you have a great, fantastic wonderful loyal and committed to customer satisfaction crew that I definitely would nurture.

Avoid this company at all costs.

1) As I was pressed for time I had these guys pack my things. They managed to damage things in the packing process (ie, these geniuses put my wife's dress hats ON THE BOTTOM of a box UNDER clothes, rather than on top of said clothes in the box.

2) As boxes cost me more money EVERYTHING had to go into a box during the packing process. Even things that didn't need a box (ie, my box fans, hockey sticks, etc).

3) They damaged things during the move. They taped all of our dresser, desk, file and armoire doors closed. This would have been fine IF they had put something between the furniture and the tape; common sense is often an uncommon virtue.

4) They were two hours longer than the estimate they gave on both the packing day and the move day.

5) They backed their truck into my yard-and then re-backed it several times for positioning-tearing up the landscaping.

6) They then proceeded to crack to my driveway with their truck (two big cracks). The owner and manager of the company both knew about it the day it happened and agreed to fix it. After I had to call them several times over several weeks, they originally agreed to fix it themselves, then said they would have their contractor call me; needless to say none of these things happened. I finally ended up filing a claim with my home owner's insurance. After hounding them for over three weeks they finally sent a guy to my house to pay my deductible to me in cash...classy.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

Our movers were scheduled to show up at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. We called three times to find out where our movers were, and the moving company didn't know. Turns out they went to take an unscheduled lunch break and showed up 2 hours late! They worked slowly, chatted on the cell phone while working, and finished after nightfall since they showed up so late. They took 5 hours to move a one bedroom apartment, and even asked for a larger tip when the move was over. I would not recommend this company.
