I noticed that their flyers for their clients really stand out. They will blow up the best photograph, then laminate it on both sides. One side contains the basic information so that it doesn't take away from the spectacular photo of the condominium. The back side lists amenities such as the measurements of each room. Hagenmayer will stay a whole day for the open house. I don't know anyone as thorough as he is in helping someone sell their property. When I visited his open house, he had the works: balloons, a sign on a post, a freestanding sign, and signs pointing to signs. It was impossible for me to get lost.
