Horrible Service, Dirty Cars & allowed parking tickets after

We had to wait over an hour to get the reserved car so they could "clean" it - and then we all kinds of food and trash in the car. And after we returned the car they either parked in someplace to keep it out of the way or rented it to another person but kept in our name because two months later we get all these notices of unpaid parking tickets when we no longer had the car!!!! And they are not being helpful at all. Rent at your own risk.
Pros: Wish I could give it a NO star rating!
