This is a great place to get your nails done. The staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable

It's a pretty good place to get your nails done. No rudeness, the only thing I would say is they push many "extra's" on you, to get the price higher.

My daughter and I have been going here for a couple of years. I have not seen any rude behavior in all that time! I get gel nails and a pedicure, and my daughter gets those services as well as eyebrows, arms (waxing). If you want really GREAT service ask for any of these people: Danny - does the best gel nails in California!, Cam, Mimi or Lena - they are all fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you ask for the people I mentioned above, you will never be disappointed.

First of all, they are typical Vietnamese gossips. I have been to many nail salons owned by Vietnamese people, but never encountered with them what I did here.

They did not realize I was Vietnamese (I look more mixed or Korean) and started talking about me and my one friend right away. The one who was doing my pedicure (her name is "Michelle", but they all use fake names like that) made fun of my nails, called me difficult (because I asked a question about the TV volume?), said my friend was whining (because they buffed her hands so hard she bled in TWO places), and commenced to do the same to pretty much all of the clientele in the place.

I wanted to wait until the end to hear what they had to say about us all, and I'm somewhat sorry I did - mean and ruthless. They give the culture a bad name and I was so livid, I confronted the owner at the end. Not only that, they only spoke in Vietnamese the whole time and gave very little mind to me or any of the clients. Sweatshop.

A part of me had to laugh because my family always warned me about people like that. Bored. Uneducated. And totally inappropriate. It is never alright to talk poorly about people, in any language. These ladies, and my friends and I, did not deserve the comments - mostly about physical attributes at that!

Do not go here! This one in particular is the epitome of the Seinfeld nail salon episode! If you do not know which episode I am talking about, below is also a good link that will give insight as to what to expect here. Steer far away! If you go anywhere, go to the nail salon on the corner of South Catalina and Torrance Blvd, beside CJs Pantry. Vietnamese as well, but truly very nice. At least from what I can interpret!

And if you do go and see Michelle, watch out - she's the worst! When I did not tip her right away (like I would anyway after what she said) she tore off the tissue between my toes, picked up my feet, and let them drop quite hard onto the chair. Classy, I tell you.
