I recently read a negative review on Clayton Plumbing and their plumber Chris Fuller and could not believe the review. My business and home are located in Manhattan Beach and I use Clayton Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and find them more responsive and competitive than the plumbing businesses in my area. When calling due to an emergency or non-emergency problem I have found Clayton to be Johnny on the spot and ready to serve.
Regarding the comment on Christopher Fuller I find the comment far off target. When calling Clayton I specifically request Chris as I find him very personable, knowledgeable and honest as it relates to the time and cost associated to the work that has to be done.

I'm not sure who this person is but I have used Clayton Plumbers for over 30 years and by far they are the most professional bunch of guys I've ever dealt with. Christopher Fuller has been my primary plumber because he has always been professional, well dressed and always more than fair on prices. He has in the past told me when I really didn't need something replaced but only needed a few new parts. There's not that many honest people around like him. I have many friends who also use Clayton without any problems. If you notice they have been in business since 1922. With that being said, They must be doing something right.
Not to many companies can survive this long without being honest with there customers.

Clayton Plumbers in Westwood is the most irresponsible plumber I have ever encountered. They will take advantage of your panic state and charge you an arm and a leg. They do not put things back to their original places after works are done. They will tell you they have emergency for the whole week or may be longer if you call them back for problems caused by their previous visit.

They came to replace my leaking under-sink holes to gain access, the plumber, Christopher J. Fuller, moved my small water tank aside and UP SIDE DOWN in order to shut off the hot water valve. Chris did not put my small water tank back to its original position afterwards. Because the small water tank was now UP SIDE DOWN, thanks to Chris from Clayton Plumbers, yesterday the water over flew from the drip pan and get into my garage. I called back to ask them to come take a look. First, Christopher call me back said he is busy but will call me tomorrow morning at 7:30 am to let me know when he will come. This morning, no call, no show from Christopher. I call back to Clayton and Jim answers the phone. Jim the owner rudely reply "We have an emergency this morning Christopher cannot go to you house today" I then asked when he can come because I told Christopher yesterday that I'll need to take off from work and wait for him so make sure to give me a call either way so I can plan my day. He didn't even bother to call. Jim, the owner then said "We have emergencies all week, Christopher cannot go for the whole week", I then asked for a date that he can come. Jim, the owner then said "We have emergencies all week and may be longer, we cannot go to your house". This is the most irresponsible plumber I have encounter. Please be aware when ask for their services.
The water was shooting out of the holes when I called them because they are the closest to my house, and I did not check their license because I was panic. Please ask for their license because they do not have their license number printed on their business as the law required.
I just find out that there are many complains about Clayton Plumbers on yelp and other review sites. Be aware.
